We had problems because they didn't have available rooms, and in the end, they gave us an extra room for the same price.

- • We arrived and we were 8 people, they gave us two rooms, one for 4 and the other for 3. They didn't give us more options because the hotel was under construction. Finally, they gave us an extra room, but the door wouldn't close. We had to sleep with the door open.
My family checked in around midnight, but the room provided was infested with cockroaches. We had to ask for insect repellent.

- • Area next to the breakfast room is being renovated and all dusty. Complimentary breakfast has fewer options served in small portions. No welcome cold drinks on arrival. Room, especially the bed, is infested with cockroaches, requiring proper cleaning and sanitation. The bathroom smells, and the drain next to the toilet bowl is not covered.

Good for the price you pay, would stay here again.
I always stay here when I have upcoming flights. It's not the nearest to the airport, but the comfort and price are reasonable. There's ongoing construction in the lobby, so there's a lot of dust and cement everywhere, and the basement wasn't available for parking, so we had to park on the street. But the staff was really nice and accommodating. I would love it if they could help with the bags and stuff though.
