Disappointed with the room and its infrastructure which seems is old. Internal phone was not working. A/c not working. In the second room, the shower knob was broken. When complained, technician would pretend to be fixing it but had no will to really fix. Possibly he knew that he couldn’t fix due to old equipments. Staff overall were very courteous. Dining room - Bodn stood out with his service and willingness to help. Spa - Dalal was a true professional and excelled in her art of Hammam. Hotel is magnificent. Just need to fix the old infrastructure

- • ⭐ Very disappointing. Despite an exceptional location, the establishment showed no flexibility or understanding. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better customer service and more consideration towards the guests. An experience that unfortunately does not meet the expected level of service from a Marriott.

This property was a dream 🫶🏻 the room was beautiful and really comfortable beds. Great service from the staff everyone is extremely attentive. I also got a pedicure and the nail tech did a great job, restaurants are great too and the pool area was amazing. Very easy to get to the centre as the hotel also offers very reasonably priced cabs with pick up too. Fes was extremely busy so this was great as it felt like an escape.
