Disappointed
Right from the start things didn't go the way we expect it from a five star establishment. The receptionist processed our data. He gave me the check-in sheet to sign. He had filled the form with fantasy information turning me into a Brit living in London despite holding my Swiss passport in his hands. When challenged, he just shrugged and went silent. If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel. It is sandwiched between two streets where heavy traffic, beeping horns and, most of all, boisterous revelers pass through all night till 5am. The windows are wafer thin, so you need earplugs. Irritating also that they let in artists to the breakfast where they hand out fliers and try to get you into a converstion. The restaurant is excellent and the rooftop bar nice to watch the sunset. But all in all: not my cup of tea.
