- • We had room 1 unfortunately it was torrential rain for our stay so it was difficult to navigate an outside walk round the hotel to reception and breakfast passing bushes and road spray, we were unaware of the room being separate when we booked

The room was comfortable and the location was good. The people there were very kind and helpful. The location was close enough to the city centre. and public parking was close enough. The breakfast was good

- • There are a lot of stairs to carry the suitcases up, no help from the hotel, no nearby parking, paid remote parking
The hostess was nice when we arrived, then we didn't see her anymore! Clean and fresh but not value for money (expensive). Totally ok breakfast and we could lock up our bikes.

- • Nothing but as we cycle through Europe we believe that the value does not match the delivery! Not the hotel's fault but Hallstatt and its restaurants are below all criticism. No one takes cards and it is heavily overpriced, where is the Austrian pride?
