Budget hotel with services to be reviewed but adequate for the price
The hotel is nice, has good entertainment, offers free shuttles during the day to the sandy beach and in the evening to both Old Sharm and Naama Bay

- • I didn't like the cleanliness in general, both in the rooms - for the first two days I found tufts of hair from previous guests that I had to remove myself, and the carpet in the room I rolled up and put in a corner because it was terrible, also at the bar drinks were often served in dirty glasses. Ok, we are not in a 5-star hotel but sometimes a little more attention is enough. It's not very clear for those who don't have the All-Inclusive package what bar services are available, in fact, fruit juices and cola (which are free) are not served at all hours but only during breakfast or dinner, during the rest of the day I would have had to pay.

Everything perfect except for the Receptionists
The hotel is nice, it was a beautiful and peaceful vacation with good food, the staff were also good except for the Receptionists who do not speak Italian and behave badly

- • The Receptionist Mr. Mohamed tried to cheat us because I had paid for everything including formal all-inclusive with alcoholic drinks and he wanted to deny this, but after a big discussion, he gave me the bracelet that allows me to have alcoholic drinks. But it was a bad start upon entering the hotel.
