- • The hotel was hosting a wedding, and as a result, the swimming pool and restaurant were completely privatized for the event. Hotel guests were given no alternative and were effectively left without access to these facilities. This is unacceptable, especially for guests who paid to stay at the hotel and expect full access to its amenities.
Beautiful two days from 1001 Nights
The great staff, the restaurant, the breakfast buffet. Very good hosts. Thank you for the great reception by the concierge and his team. We would like to especially highlight Majda for her great service at our dinner, she significantly contributed to making it a magical occasion, along with other colleagues like Abderrahim and many more. Also, thank you to Amina for the good massage.
