Overall, very nice. We will return.
The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at similar 5-star hotels. Good services, most of the staff attentive, very good breakfast. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely consider returning.

- • The spa was disappointing: the hammam was not functional, and access to the magnesium pool, sauna, and jacuzzi was conditioned by paying for spa treatments, otherwise you did not have access. I bought a 'Signature' treatment which was absolutely horrible and poorly executed by untrained staff, but at least they were kind and removed it from the bill following complaints.
