Disappointed with the service, although the location and hotel structure are good.
The location is very good, with a beautiful panoramic view of Copacabana beach. In addition, it offers quality musical attractions in the restaurants during the night. The food is also good at all meals.

- • As soon as we arrived, we were directed to the fourth floor for check-in. The problem is that when we arrived there, we started the check-in process and soon the attendant said that the fourth floor was only for the GOLD category and that she was only doing us a favor by attending us on that floor. If they sent us there, we shouldn't have been informed of this distinction later. The worst part is sending us there and then treating us very poorly, claiming that we were checking in at the location reserved for the superior category.
