A beautiful anniversary trip for five nights
Everything about our stay was exceptional. The service twice and the accommodating staff made our five nights stay so enjoyable. We ate in the restaurants. The cocktail bar is not to be missed both inside and out. I cannot say enough good things about the service and how beautiful the Hotel is. We had the smallest room and it was absolutely appointed beautifully with not a single thing overlooked.

- • I was a little disappointed that we were there for five nights, and we were not upgraded. We were on the second floor and even though they had the stairwell ripped off anyone could walk to the second floor, which should not feel entirely safe. There is a lot of foot traffic in the hotel because it is such an iconic locale.

- • Our first room was not of a standard we would have expected, wallpaper peeling of the walls, bathroom in need of updating. The room was changed upon request & was better however still wallpaper peeling off the walls, disappointing tbh

Beautiful historic location that was a checkmark on my bucket list.
Beautiful historic interior and exterior. Loved having valet parking and being able to have a quiet space to relax before and after touring Old Quebec.

- • Hidden costs upon arrival and extra charges on room we did not authorize when checking out. Need a more transparent cost system. It was not a good feeling to have to ask twice to get room service charges off my room that I did not order.
History, Old World style and great location.
The hotel is beautiful and its history is wonderful. We were lucky to get a peak into the Rose Room where WWII and World history was made. Enjoyed the photographs of all the famous people and events that happened there. We also had two great bartenders that gave us special attention.

- • We arrived for an early check in and even at that time the hotel history tour was already fully booked so we did not get to do it - that was disappointing.
An amazing stay in the heart of Quebec City
Centrally located, very comfortable and many amenities. The staff were all very helpful and easy to deal with. Wonderful luxury.

- • The only drawback is the price (and roadwork/traffic leading to the hotel.). Prices at the restaurant/bars were much more than local restaurants.
