- • Room was so small, the king bed almost from wall to wall and bathroom is outdated. We paid for a view room which had a very small window with no view located on the 6th floor.

- • The chairs in the lobby all smell of BO. The smell got right into our clothes. Get rid of the fabric chairs, and go for a thick car seat style vinyl or heavy leather. Easy to clean/wipe on a daily basis.

- • They do not refurbish the rooms and do not inform you at the time of booking despite it being unusual. Towels were dirty and stained. There is a chlorine smell throughout the hotel because the pool is in the center and the windows do not open. A disgusting level of hygiene and cleanliness. Decrepit and uncared for structure. I would not go back and do not recommend it to anyone.
The location is perfect, the hotel is practically one of the tourist attractions and is right in the middle of all the important things to see in the city.

- • For the price, there are some details that can be improved, the bathroom smelled of dampness, the towels are not of the best quality, breakfast is very basic and with few options. In other words, all relatively minor details that would go unnoticed in any other hotel, but of course, being Fairmont and with the cost of the rooms, these are the kind of things that should be perfect.
