Ari was GREAT!
Ari, the concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in picking the perfect place to go for a late lunch in Malibu, right on the water. The view was gorgeous and the food very good, and the cocktails were superb. Thank you, Ari, for all your help during our stay.

A special weekend to attend the World Cup.
The hotel facility itself is 5 star. Our rooms were well appointed with beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds and high quality linens. But service particularly in the Gold Lounge was the icing on the cake that made our stay most enjoyable. Kudos to all of the staff with special mention to Billie and Kevin.

We had an outstanding experience at the Gold Lounge during our stay at the Fairmont Century Plaza. What stood out most was the exceptional staff—every team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had a wonderful experience. Their attentiveness never felt forced; it was clear they truly cared about creating a memorable stay for everyone. The level of hospitality was consistent throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly accommodating, proactive, and always ready to help with a smile. It was also evident that they treated all guests with the same kindness and attention, which speaks volumes about the culture of service here. The food selection was another highlight, with a great variety of options throughout the day that made the lounge a wonderful place to relax and recharge. A special thank you to Fernanda for leading such an exceptional team, and to Kevin and Jatin for their outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. Their commitment to guest experience is evident in every interaction and truly made our visit memorable.
