I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service we received during our hotel check-in. Ms. Priya was extremely helpful, pleasant, patient, and professional. We had accidentally booked the wrong Fairfield Inn & Suites through Expedia, and instead of simply directing us elsewhere, Ms. Priya took the time to assist us in finding the correct hotel that better suited our needs and was closer to the airport. Ms. Priya checked her computer and discovered that there was an error with our booking confirmation and that Expedia had made the reservation for the wrong location. She went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved, including helping us receive our refund and assisting with making a new reservation. I would also like to recognize her colleague, Ms. Vennica, who took the time to help us find another hotel within the same hotel family that could accommodate our accessibility needs as best as possible. They both demonstrated genuine compassion, patience, and excellent customer service. The manager also came out personally and assisted us with rebooking another hotel that could better accommodate our needs. Everyone we encountered made us feel valued and cared for during what could have been a very stressful situation. Thank you, Ms. Priya, Ms. Vennica, and the manager, for going above and beyond! Your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. Your customer service is a wonderful reflection of the hotel, and it deserves to be recognized. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room smelled bad, and I left my speaker in the room when I checked out. I tried to get it back, but the staff kept saying they didn’t see it.
