Our stay at Fairfield by Marriot Anand Cosmos Mall Agra
It is a comparatively new hotel in this location but beats the 2 neighboring hotels where we have stayed from time to time.The entire staff is well trained and efficient and I shall specially mentioned Ms Priyanka for her efficiency style and empathy for guests

- • Only think missing is a bell boy and concierge service.You are expected to go 4 storeys by lift for check in and then return to lug your luggage to your room.This may be for cost cutting but NOT the trend and hospitality standard in our Country that is Bharat.Seeing our age the staff at reception helped but they are not meant for this job
