- • Facility outdated and unfortunately not well maintained, seems to have turned into a dive. Musty smell throughout the building and people vent their kitchen fumes through the hallway. Also had very loud neighbors, yelling and stomping every night/evening.

- • There is talk of a complimentary breakfast, it was just a stand with coffee and hot water, where you can make oatmeal in a disposable cup with the hot water and some cupcakes. We didn't really find this a complimentary breakfast. Also, we couldn't connect to the wifi at all and the room was very humid.

If a room is reserved through a “third party”, such as Booking.com, the reservation should be honored.
I booked this room through Booking.com. When I arrived, there were very few vehicles in the parking lot. I was told at the check-in desk that there were NO rooms available, even though I reserved a room ahead of time. I had to scramble to find another hotel.

The staff immediately cleaned our room when we arrived and it hadn't been cleaned yet. We needed an extra blanket and they got it for us right away. They don't have an ice machine but gave us some ice trays because we didn't have them in our room. I would stay again.
