- • I arrived to check in and the room I had reserved with a double bed was not available. They put me in a room with two single beds, did not adjust the price of my reservation, and the next day they said they could put the beds together and put a "pillow" on top. They did that and it was terrible. Very small bathroom, very noisy air conditioning, curtain with loose flaps, which does not darken the room, bad and noisy bed. Room in front of the elevators, so there was a lot of noise from people walking.
My stay was very pleasant.
I liked the hotel's location, the staff's education, and the convenience of the rooms. However, I suggest that the bathroom floor be non-slip, as it can cause accidents to a guest, due to the floor being quite slippery.

- • I didn't like the air conditioning failure, as I spent a night without cold air, the device was only ventilating, due to a general breakdown in the air conditioning system, and in this strong summer of Manaus, it is impossible to stay inside the rooms with the air conditioning not working properly.
