- • Received a late check-in at 3 pm for one superior bed room while we had to wait another 20 minutes for the other family suite room. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and did not want to wait longer to check in (when the hotel clearly stated that the official check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm). Complained to the staff about the longer wait, so he gave us free breakfast every morning throughout our 5-day stay as compensation.
Perfect stay.
Staff was really nice and helpful, room had an amazing view, they offer great services, and the location is nice and easily accessible.
