- • When checking in, they told me there were guests extending their stay and overbooking, so there were no rooms available for me?? They asked me to stay in a regular room? They even suggested I cancel and find my own solution??

- • Breakfast is boring, no shaver in the room, room not as spacious as expected, not value for money. I requested a late check-out and was only given a one-hour allowance. I was denied entry to the swimming pool because I didn't have my cap. It would have been much better if the hotel had informed us when we booked the hotel.

Kindness, cleanliness, comfortable bedding.
Very kind. Cleanliness. Comfortable bedding. Although I arrived late and couldn't use the shopping mall, it seems convenient. There is a very clean massage shop on the 2nd floor of the building across the street.

- • The breakfast is mainly Chinese-style. The bedroom and bathroom are open, so it may feel a bit awkward unless you have an intimate relationship. Seems to be more focused on domestic guests than foreigners.
