- • During check-in, they told me that due to guests extending their stay and overbooking, there were no rooms available for me?? They asked me to stay in a regular room? They even suggested that I cancel and find a solution myself??
Right at Wing Tung bus stop, and right next to a big shopping mall

- • Breakfast is boring, no shaver in the room, room smaller than expected, not value for money. I requested a late check-out and was only given a one-hour allowance. I was denied entry to the swimming pool because I didn't have my cap. It would be much better if the hotel had informed us of this requirement when we booked.
Wonderful stay
