- • The location address in the Booking app is incorrect, even though we copied it instead of typing it manually, so there was a problem finding it in a quite busy city at that time. Unfortunately, it took about an hour by car. And the parking space for a large car will be tight, you need to be a very experienced driver to park there. But we managed, of course. It's not a problem, just takes more time.
Nice hotel in Sofia
Bus stop 5 minutes away - 30 minutes by bus from the airport - clean room - good breakfast

- • A decent hotel, but not 4 stars. In room 33 where we stayed, the shower cabin has many issues, leaks water outside, does not have a soap or shower gel holder. One of the blankets in the closet has a large yellow stain. Smell of lack of ventilation in the hallway. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the ventilation fan does not stop at all.
The staff is excellent and helpful

- • Hotel is a converted apartment building, has nothing to do with the photos and definitely not a 4-star hotel, can get 2 Max 3 stars
