- • The hotel met my expectations.
Excellent with a reservation about the bathroom issue.
The hotel is very good, but the bathroom box was leaking and the water was flowing all the way to the toilet area. Also, the bathroom door lock was broken and wouldn't close the door. Other than that, it was excellent.

- • If the bathroom wasn't leaking so much water, it would be excellent, that was the only thing I found very bad. The water leaked so much that it accumulated a lot in the toilet area.
Location close to UCB.

- • Some cleaning problems, there was hair on the bathroom wall right when I arrived and infiltrations and such.
Bathroom without a box is not good.
I didn't have very high expectations. I went to this hotel because it was close to UCB (Catholic University), where I had an event. Several colleagues stayed there. The staff was okay, and the room is a good size with a good bed, and they cleaned it every day. Breakfast was okay for the price.

- • Without consulting me, they put me in a ground floor room, which was for wheelchair users, I think, so it didn't have a box. This made the stay very uncomfortable because the bathroom was all wet. Also, being very close to the coffee area, it started to get noisy at 6 am. Since I had to leave early, it wasn't a big deal, but I could have slept at least one more hour each day, which makes a difference.
Service and location are top-notch!
Well-located hotel, with an excellent 24-hour bakery in front that offers good meals. Great service from the staff, always very attentive. Excellent bed and bath linens. Great value for money.
