- • For each guest a medium-sized towel. No towel for drying hands, apparently, the shower towel should be used for that. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was really not good. In the kitchen, there were even more crumbs around the microwave from the previous guest. The floors were not properly clean either. I also did not find the shower appealing. Whoever cleans the cabinets and mirrors should definitely use the right cleaning product. All in all, the price paid was unfortunately too high for that, probably due to the MotoGP weekend. I usually never say anything, but there is definitely room for improvement.

- • Wifi is very slow. I couldn't have an online meeting as the internet speed was less than 1Mbps.
Nice small apartment just for sleeping for a few days for a couple of people.

- • Basic kitchen items were missing in the entire apartment, such as scissors or a bottle opener. The entrance door was not insulated at all, and everything could be heard when someone passed by in the hallway. The first evening, a neighbor aggressively knocked on our door asking us to stop making noise, even though we were all quiet. Together with the neighbor, we found out that she was bothered by the bathroom fan, which we had just turned on after using the bathroom due to humidity. The second night, not only were the neighbors arguing loudly on the street until 4 in the morning, but one of the neighbors was blasting hard rock music (System of a Down, etc.) and singing until 3 in the morning. The stay would have been fine otherwise, but this experience was unfortunately really decisive for our evaluation.

- • Access to the accommodation was not provided. Broken security lock on the entrance door. It was possible to check-in only about two hours after the agreed time, after the repair. The air conditioning was connected through the window directly to the street. So, there was noise from the air conditioning in the sleeping room, and in case of turning it off, noise from the street, trams, cars. The proof of payment has not been sent by the host despite all urgencies, with an apology that during this period the MOTO GP event was taking place.

The accommodation was located on a busy street but very close to the center, which was priceless. Grocery stores, drugstores, culture, cafes, and everything you could want were on this street or very close by. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and large. There were four of us traveling and we had an apartment for six, with 2 double beds and the last two should have a sofa bed.

- • Parking was not included in the accommodation price, which meant additional arrangements that were not easy or cheap at all. The room decor was a bit too gray and dark for my taste, but that's just my opinion. The man who checked us in was a bit strange, so I recommend everyone to come there all at once and quickly sort it out.
