Good location and great breakfast, but the hotel structure and à la carte could improve.
Good location, fast and stable internet, well-served and varied breakfast. The room is small, but the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is quiet and efficient, and the bathroom has a good shower. The staff was courteous during the stay.

- • For the daily rate, I expected a better-maintained hotel. The room is quite small and had marks and scratches on the walls, giving a sense of lack of maintenance. The TV offers few channels and does not have access to streaming services. The gym is quite simple, the pool is small and exposed to a building under construction right next to it. The weakest point was the restaurant's à la carte: a chicken (supposed to be) parmigiana, with the appearance and taste of a frozen product - undoubtedly, the biggest disappointment of the stay.

- • I asked for vegan options through the booking chat, no one replied to me. Upon arrival, I informed about the vegan option and that no one had replied to me through the chat, the receptionist said he had not received the message (I know the chat works because several places have already communicated with me through the chat) and that he would ask the restaurant to call me and ask about options. The restaurant did not call me, when I arrived at the breakfast there was nothing available (except for fruits, which are normally there) and that no one had informed them. They said they would have options ready for the next day. There was nothing available the next day. We talked to the staff and they said they would prepare. We waited for over 30 minutes and nothing. We asked again and they said they were not preparing anything, that is, the person who served us at breakfast did not inform the kitchen. In the end, they hastily prepared a pancake, after 40 minutes of waiting. In other words, a lot of disrespect, if you don't want to do it, say you can't. In short: Chat through booking ignored, informed at the reception, ignored (no one called me in the room asking), informed at breakfast, ignored. Ignored 3 times.

Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood. The accommodations are great, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. The entire staff is very attentive and helpful. It was a very positive experience.

- • The restaurant at dinner time. We waited 40 minutes and ended up giving up, as they hadn't even started preparing our order.
