really the room very different from what we see in the photo super lamentable and disappointing the hotel. It is not what they offer or what we expected.

- • The check-in management was really poorly handled... I had to get angry right away. I didn't find the buffet particularly great, very few choices and not particularly delicious... their app doesn't work to book in a hotel restaurant so we had to go to the buffet all the time.
Dinner was spectacular and in general the landscapes, treatment, and coffee were perfect. I liked the service to go to the center of Cartagena and the information they provided helped us not to get lost.

- • My only question was about the payment, because the invoice has the correct amount but I have an extra charge of 125 dollars on the card that I have not been able to identify where it came from.

- • Some refreshments needed for a luxury hotel. Construction work nearby but the hotel did its best to meet our needs with a young child.
