- • When arriving at a hotel and no one cares even though no one was there, it says a lot. It continued very rudely. The TV didn't work in the room, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. Even a call to reception didn't help.

- • We asked for two single beds, but they gave us a twin bed. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned at all. They explained that rooms are cleaned only every 2 days, but the last day doesn't count. So, if you stay for 3 nights, no cleaning. They said this was clearly explained on a panel in the elevator, but unfortunately, we took the stairs and didn't see it. So, remember, if you stay for 3 nights or less, the room is never cleaned. The street is very noisy at night. The blankets are Berlin-style: barely wide enough to cover half the bed, so it's better not to move while you sleep.
