Well located for Avenida da Liberdade. It’s a good base for sightseeing.

Luxury stay and great service, would definitely come back.
This is a great luxury hotel, we really liked all areas of the hotel and had a really great night sleep in a large comfortable bed on both of the nights that we stayed. Food was good (but a bit ££) can also really recommend the pizza restaurant opposite which was great for a pizza and beer before we watched the football. We also really loved the smell of the hotel, it was a great feeling walking back into the cool lobby after a busy day.

- • I did think it was a little pricey, we had food and drinks by the pool one day and drinks in the lobby bar one evening and ate out at the restaurant so it was very nice but could have been better value for money. Also found the pool area a little crowded and wasn’t a big fan of the deck chairs. I appreciate though space is at a premium and it makes sense. It was very lovely to have an evening dip in the pool after a day site seeing.

- • The checking in process. The hotel was very busy and I don’t think they kept track of the people who were waiting for rooms. I had to constantly come to the desk as people who traveled to the same event and came after me had gotten rooms right away.
Exceptional experience and customer service
Just spent a week at the Epic Sana in business. And I’m so glad I did. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff are attentive, the rooms are modern and comfortable. The food was great, the pool area has a good vibe and an “Epic” view (sorry). The staff at the pool were also fantastic, patient and accommodating. Location is really great. A special thank you to Decio Antonio, the Duty Manager. Unfortunately, a personal item was damaged during the room cleaning. He responded with the level of service you’d expect from a high-end hotel at 5x the cost. They replaced the personal item the next day, with him personally overseeing the purchase and delivery. So a big thank you. Can’t recommend enough. Would love to return again.

- • Roof top pool - too many non-residents using residents cards to go in. Not enough seating & despite signs saying no ‘bagging’ of seats …. lack of management, however, is the revenue from the bar more important !!
