- • My experience with Eos has been horrible. There was a $200 hold put on the room as a deposit/bond, I was told the hold was released once I checked out and it would take a maximum of 2 weeks to be released. 3 weeks have past and it has not been released, Eos said it was all released on their end and to contact my bank. My bank advised Eos will need to email bank to approve the release of the fund, bank was helpful and advised of all things needed/ simplified the procedure for Eos. Eos have now said they will not do that and the funds will be released after 30 days. Just lies and horrible service with no empathy what so ever. It has absolutely ruined my experience and I will never be staying there again

- • Reception staff very uncharming had the feeling like talking to a "humanoid" / robot. Maybe how they are dressed did not help the cause there was apparently a "pool situation" which was not disclosed a time of booking and therefore the Pool and also SPA facility was not available!! Breakfast choice very limited - wou;d have loved to have a Muesli followed by a hot plate
Hotel was clean, friendly staff and the room with a view was bewtiful.
