Beautiful location, comfy beds. Will be back.
Loved the location outside the town centre. Quick walk to the industrial arts area. Peaceful location. Bed and pillow’s were super comfy. Room service staff were efficient and detail orientated. The Osprey spa was stunning, fantastic service from all staff, except for the morning buffet service. Great to be able to walk to the beach from the resort.

- • No spa in the adult’s only pool. Spa in the general pool always had kids in it during the day. No sauna facilities. The gluten free option for the breakfast buffet weren’t on par with other resorts such as JW Marriott etc that have gluten free pastries. Bacon was very fatty and greasy. Service was hit and miss in the mornings at the buffet. I don’t think the buffet was good value for money.

- • The only minor disappointment was the cleanliness. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned properly, with dust bunnies and debris from previous guests still visible. It also became a little frustrating to receive constant WhatsApp messages from Elements while we were trying to relax and settle into holiday mode. While neither of these issues ruined our stay, they were unexpected and detracted slightly from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
Resort was beautiful, lots of things to do. Staff were super friendly
