- • It's quite cold, and I only had one blanket in the room, we requested another one, but they brought a children's blanket (small), we had to request again and explain to bring us the correct size. Another point is that I found the prices of the items offered in the room like the mini bar a bit abusive (for example, a bottle of mineral water 10 soles). We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, as the check-in is from 3 pm and it starts to get cold, and in the morning until 12h it's still cold.

This is the first time we have been so disappointed with a hotel that we thought was really good based on the rating and comments. In fact, we had even decided to stay for 5 nights. Certainly, the setting is truly magnificent! The ranch with the horses, the lagoon with the ducks, the large green areas, the playground for children, all of this is great and relaxing. And you can even go paddle boating and play billiards. However, when it comes to service, it's borderline ridiculous. First of all, we were assigned a room on the ground floor, right next to the reception, where the wifi didn't work and the garden lights shone directly into our window, so there was non-stop light in the room. On the first night, we had to go to the kitchen for someone to serve us at the restaurant. During our stay, we had planned a major excursion starting at 3 am. We had asked in advance for breakfast boxes, to which we were told there would be no problem. The next day, nothing. The information didn't go through, so we left without anything. Also, the pool is absolutely not heated (false advertising), which is a shame because that's also why we decided to book in such a beautiful hotel after traveling around Peru for 2 weeks and changing places every day. It's also worth noting that the hotel is only active on weekends and not during the week. On Sunday, there were waiters at the hotel bar serving us drinks by the pool, there was music, restaurant staff serving us food... and during the week, none of that. We even went to the reception to find out what was going on, and we were told that there weren't enough guests to have waiters at 'our disposal'.
