- • Messed up my booking and charged me 3 times and refused to give me a refund. I called up weeks before to say and they refused as booking.com said it was up to the hotel. Really gutted as two nights here ended up costing me like £700

Wonderful.
Based in town which makes it easier to commute, the room was clean and smelled nice. The staff members were polite. I left my wallet and the cleaner gave it back to them something you don't see that pattern these days.

- • Probably they don't serve food but I cannot complain about that because outside of the hostel there are many restaurants and food stores.

- • I paid extra for a room with a window. A little window in the corner of my room that looks out to an air conditioning unit does not class as a window. I wouldn’t say it’s good value for me.
