Heartfelt favorite
What a joy to have finished our escapade in Malaysia in this establishment! Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a lovely, available, and always caring staff. Special mention to our floor boy, who kindly replaced our pillows, which we found a bit too firm. This attention was greatly appreciated. The room is magnificent, elegant, and very comfortable. You immediately feel good there, to the point that it is difficult to leave. The breakfast is exceptional, both in quality and choice offered. Every morning, we enjoyed it on the outdoor terrace, facing the sea: a truly enjoyable moment. The staff is also very attentive there. Despite our approximate English, we enjoyed exchanging daily with the porters, always smiling, warm, and in a good mood. These little moments of conviviality greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel was a real favorite and will remain one of the most beautiful memories of our trip.

Splendid Experience
Beautiful seafront views and architecture. Really comfortable rooms and atmosphere. Walking along the corridors of this hotel is a treat in itself. Breakfast is very pleasant. Truly an unforgettable experience!

- • The wardrobe light had to be repaired as it did not switch off when doors were closed. This was fixed quite quickly by the hotel staff.
Absolutely loved my stay
It’s quiet yet accessible. The entire place is full of history and so majestic. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to try the Char Koay Teow for breakfast!
