- • The hallways in the Dusit Residences smell musty and old. NO air conditioning. Dinner buffet not worth it for the price. Poor selection of food. Pigeon poop everywhere! Balconies, side of the pool, at times poop in the swimming pool!

- • Too many pigeons, which came with droppings, feathers, and cleaning signs everywhere. Surely this needs to be addressed. Club lounge food was well below expectations, uninspiring, cold, and an afterthought from the chef. Breakfast average, everything was warm, not hot, and we arrived for breakfast early each day
Comfortable.
The room was very comfortable and clean.

- • The swimming pool needs to be more hygienic; it’s not very clean, and it has so many birds (pitching all around)
