- • Property is old and in need of renovation, The room smells damp, the AC ducts are leaking all over the property, It has a major problem with Pigeons everywhere especially around pool area, The pool itself is a health hazard with feces from pigeons floating. Large majority of staff have no idea what they are doing. Having stayed in various Dusit locations including Manila this is not a good representation of the brand.
after our stay in Lubi, it was a pleasure to enjoy another Dusit property :)
