- • I paid for the reservation and check-in, but was never provided with a room and could not stay at the hotel. I had to find alternative accommodation and am now trying to recover the money I paid. Extremely stressful and disappointing experience
The manager Ravi is very helpful. Position is great right in Tribeca.

- • No staff, dirty, noisy, AC was crazy loud as well & the bed was rock hard. It was a joke, the photos on your site, in no way represent what it is accurately. And it should not cost anywhere close to what it did.
Great location, average stay
The location is great and the size of the room is decent based on what you normally get in the city.

- • The beds were rock hard, the air con was outrageously noisy and everything was just a bit dated.
Expensive rate for the quality of the room.

- • I arrived at 10:30 pm, no one at the reception and I had not received my room number and the instructions to access it. It was very complicated to be able to access my room. A phone number is left at the reception but when you are a tourist and your phone only works through the internet, you cannot use the phone. No wifi code indicated in the room even though it was indicated in the reservation, so I could not turn on the TV because it was a smart TV and there was no wifi connection... The ceiling of the bathroom was all cracked.
Ravi - He was extremely accommodating, professional and helpful during my stay.
The staff were extremely accommodating, helped me with changing rooms and extending stay. The location of the property is brilliant. Clean and modern.
