- • I arrived at 10:30 PM, no one at the reception, and I had not received my room number and instructions to access it. It was very complicated to access my room. A phone number was left at the reception but when you are a tourist and your phone only works through the internet, you cannot use the phone. No wifi code indicated in the room even though it was indicated in the reservation, so I couldn't turn on the TV because it was a smart TV and required wifi... The ceiling of the bathroom was all cracked.

It's not as it appears in the photos! Beware, it's not a hotel, it's more like apartments. The photos do not show the reality

- • Dirty, the entrance is not of a hotel, dirty elevator, access to the room is with a code on the door, the manager does not help with luggage. Be careful with this place!
