Excellent hotel and very attentive to guests. There are free shuttles to Universal parks at a selection of hours, which is really nice. Free parking at the hotel. Close to Chabad House with full consideration for religious guests, and also a number of breakfast dishes that are considered kosher (without certification, but for those who are strict and it's important to them)

- • It's annoying that there is no normal faucet in the shower. There is only a shower that is hard to adjust without getting your hair completely wet even when you don't want to wash it.

- • The freezing cold pool was very disappointing as the pool is advertised as heated, and because the daily temperature reached 30 degrees, as a disabled family, we had been looking forward to using the pool as it had a pool lift, but we couldn't use it at all because the pool temperature was so cold. This caused my small grandson to shiver when he used it, so we decided against using it. We attempted three more times at various times of the day, but it never warmed up. When inquiring at reception about the pool temperature, they said it was refreshing.
