- • It was full. Lunch and dinner prices were very expensive. Dinner only had a buffet (very expensive)

- • Reception staff seem new to the job and appear to lack experience. They seem unsure with the information. There is no hotel 'presentation' by the reception. They are not very friendly either (only the reception ones). The others are great!
