A comfortable and relaxing stay
Spacious rooms with facilities in good working order. Attentive PR who constantly seeks for feedback, and very prompt housekeeping service when we requested for special pillows.

👎 Disliked
- • Service was excellent on the whole, but experience was marred by a rather unpleasant incident on checkout when we asked for luggage storage service. On returning from our lunch to retrieve our luggage, we were rather upset with the way the staff member dragged our bags on the floor instead of carrying them.
I love it

Very clean, nothing negative to say All staff are friendly, cookies received upon check in were delicious. Convenient parking space, able to validate so no need to pay for parking.

It was good, I was also told about the bar on the rooftop next door.
The staff was kind.

- • It was disappointing that the panel under the sink in the washroom came off.
Will always be my hotel to stay on my every visit to Melaka
The breakfast, of course, with the spread of Asian food, was very tasty. The size of the room and cleanliness always the comfortable bed mattress and pillow but of course not forgetting the front desk duty manager serving me on that day and my previous visit in May this year. Also, the valet keeps up the good work
