Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Staff, Great Value
Location was superb, all staff we had contact with were great, even the Starbucks staff- which we know are not Hilton's. Everyone was attentive to our needs throughout the stay.

- • This is not a big deal; we were very happy with our entire stay. If I were to give feedback on what could be better, I'd say we asked the front desk for 2 extra robes on Monday (Aug. 10th) and were told they'd have some delivered to the room, but we didn't receive them. We moved on... In addition, we did get maid service every day, but they didn't replace the toilet paper, and there weren't any extra rolls in the room. We let the front desk know, and they got us more promptly. Again, not a bid deal-- but you're asking for feedback on what could've been better.

- • Small area to park waiting for valet. Valet was great but had to circle the block waiting for a space to drop car
A wonderful stay with excellent service, a comfortable room, and genuinely helpful staff.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were when we arranged to have flowers delivered to the hotel.

- • Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay and everything went smoothly.

- • I wish there had been a pool or play area for kids. I know space is tight at this location but it would have been a huge help
