Ok, could have been better.
Having stayed in quite a few five-star hotels over the years, I found this one to be average rather than exceptional. One aspect that really let it down for me was the toilets. The discoloured water, labelled as "recycled water", was quite off-putting and detracted from the overall experience. The hospitality was good, but not outstanding. For the price point, I've experienced a much higher level of service and attention to detail at other five-star hotels, so overall I felt the value for money could have been better.

- • The biggest issue for me was the toilets. There was a notice explaining that the water may appear discoloured because it was recycled. While I understand the environmental initiative, the fact remains that the water looked unpleasant and gave a poor impression. In a five-star hotel, I don't think guests should be left feeling uncomfortable by something as basic as the appearance of the toilet water.
