- • The breakfast was nicely served but felt like it lacked a lot, lactose-free products for example.

- • The noise level from the street is way too high. A luxury hotel cannot have street noise including loud music in the room until 01 in the night. Shower water ends up all over the bathroom floor so everything gets wet. With the price of the room, it becomes an irritation that unfortunately makes me reconsider booking the hotel for future trips to Gothenburg. But overall, very nice, very pleasant!
