- • - sunbeds are reserved by other customers either one night before or early morning which is making tough to find available - our room was smelling humid and all our stuff was getting wet overnight and nothing gets dry - Water taste in the water dispenser which were around the pool and the beach was not nice at all. But pool and meze bars don’t give waters and tell to get it from dispensers.
Lovely hotel
Very friendly staff, all happy to help and accommodating us in a large group. The rooms were great, and a range of bars, restaurants and great pool. Food in the buffet amazing and loved the Japanese restaurant.

- • The restocking of mini bar and towels was a bit haphazard but resolved with a phone call.
Nice stay
Buffet food was great, Ala Carte restaurants were fantastic, drinks selection very diverse, varied evening entertainment.

- • Pre-booked reservations via email with confirmation of Ala-Carte restaurants were not traceable at check-in. Upon arrival, we were promised a late checkout at 14:00 in writing, but on the day of departure when we requested luggage pick-up service, we were suddenly told we had to vacate the room by 12:00. Apparently, internal communication issues.

- • It is defined as a five-star, but it does not have the characteristics. Many cats around, even in the restaurant area. Restaurant tables and floors not very clean. Food always the same, poor cleanliness. We had a Sapphire Serenity Retreat sea view room, very small and dated bathroom. Beach towels are provided after 10 am, if you want to visit an external beach, you have to take them the day before because they are not provided at the reception.
Very pleasant week. A really good hotel chain.

- • Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, especially considering that this hotel is advertised as a five-star property. The hotel is located on the other side of the canal that separates the city from the hotel area. The canal itself has an extremely unpleasant smell, and unfortunately, we could smell it even at the hotel. At times, it genuinely felt as though we were breathing in sewage odors, which made the overall experience very uncomfortable. The food was acceptable, but the variety was very limited. Chicken was served so frequently for both lunch and dinner that by the end of our stay we felt we had eaten enough chicken for the next month. The drinks were equally disappointing: cheap wine and Prosecco, only one or two types of beer, and absolutely terrible coffee. Overall, we had the strong impression that the hotel is focused on saving as much money as possible rather than providing the level of quality and service guests should expect from a five-star hotel. The property was also not particularly clean, and there were animals wandering around the hotel grounds. In our experience, this is simply not a five-star hotel. The quality of the food, drinks, cleanliness, surroundings, and overall experience does not justify that rating. Save your time, money, and nerves and book somewhere else. We certainly would not return.
