- • The room walls are peeling off, the bathroom is terrible. Mold everywhere, mold in the bathtub, sink, toilet turned yellow. The outdoor pool water is dirty. Terrible breakfast. I am not very picky about food but besides the cake and fresh pastries, nothing else is edible. The omelet is even black in some places. The employee came, picked up those black pieces.

The location facing the Oasis Lake, it is the largest hotel in the area and has everything, a beautiful and huge courtyard, restaurant, pool also facing the lake. Also, since we had the return bus at night, we could leave the suitcases until it was time to leave. 100% would return to this hotel.

- • The rooms could be better soundproofed, as in Huacachina there are bars and nightclubs until the early hours of the morning with loud music.

- • Disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we felt misled. We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people and explained that we needed 4 beds. We were told that the rooms only had one bed each, so we paid for an additional room, which turned out to be useless. The staff does not speak English. In addition to that, the rooms are poorly soundproofed, you can hear the music from everywhere. The shower head was also defective: the jet did not aim correctly and water leaked everywhere.
