- • It was a very bad experience and I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I booked two rooms with breakfast, and upon check-in, the receptionist confirmed that breakfast was included and served from 8:00 to 11:00 AM. I went down with my family at 10:00 AM, and after finishing breakfast, I was surprised to be asked by the restaurant staff to pay for the breakfast, even though it was supposed to be included in the reservation. When I explained this to them, they insisted on payment, then later provided inaccurate information to justify their stance. The receptionist also did not handle the issue professionally, did not defend the guest's right, or try to verify what had happened. I felt that this approach could be a means of exploiting some guests, which is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience led to a loss of trust in the hotel, so I do not recommend staying there

One of the worst hotels I booked for my trip, the whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and shisha. The restaurant downstairs at the entrance had shisha and was not comfortable at all during breakfast time. The room was very small, all the bedding and curtains smelled of smoke, the bathroom was small, there were no parking spaces, and because of that, we got a parking violation ticket. Unfortunately, the service was very poor 😪💔

- • The worst hotel I stayed in, rude treatment throughout my stay. I asked them to clean the rooms but unfortunately there was no response. The room is very small, no bathroom amenities, the bed sheets are not clean, they have a bad and dirty smell. The breakfast was bad, upon arrival there was no staff at the reception, and I waited for nearly an hour. I do not recommend anyone to stay there, unfortunately, it was very disappointing.
