Really clean room comfortable beds bathroom spotless kettle tea coffee provided fan in room which was appreciated as temperatures very hot lovely friendly welcome couldn't ask for better excellent 😀

Quiet and peaceful location, conveniently located
We were kindly accommodated to check-in early. We also were able to stay on the first floor, which was useful for my older mother because we could avoid the stairs. Staff were also happy with facilitating leaving luggage before our later train. The location was also very quiet, peaceful and calm, away from the bustle of the city centre, yet close enough to reach the centre to do activities. Great place to stay for a relaxed, quiet and peaceful stay!

Convenient room for a short stay in York
Location was really convenient to get to the centre, 30 minute walk away. Room was perfect for our needs. Bathroom was very clean. Room was clean and provided kettle, hairdryer and small fridge

- • Rules about alcohol in the room seemed a little unwelcoming as staying with family and would have liked to have been able to have had a glass of wine after our long journey there.
Good location, easy walking access, close to the city center, tea, coffee, water, comfort, excellent bed, bus station in front of the location, market nearby.

Excellent stay
Beautiful facilities, and we liked having the kitchen space to eat in at night. The location, though rather far from the train station, was lined with good places to eat and shop. The tandoori restaurant, which was open late, saved us on our first night (and it was delicious).
