Simple accomodations in York, good for a night
The location was fairly convenient and it was nice that they had separate beds for me and my travel companion. I also appreciated that they had two fans in our room as the temperature that night was very high.

- • We booked a room with two beds, and got a room with five, which felt odd. We were also told to make sure to use only two, also odd. The toilet seat was broken and we nearly fell off multiple times, and sink faucet was loose. And though one of the staff was quite friendly, the other was not.

la stanza sotto il tetto era ampia e i letti comodi con un bagno molto luminoso e ampio.

Although it stands on a busy residential road, it was quiet. Bedding was clean, bed was quite comfortable.

- • Top floor room, virtually in the attic. Window blind did not work, so blinded by the sun at 6am. Stair carpet was very well worn, and dirty. Also strange smell on entering the building. Shower only just big enough, but don't drop anything in there, not enough room to bend down.
