- • The staff arranged a room with a cigarette smell, requested to change, they said it would be gone if the door was opened, but even when opened, the smell did not disappear. Requested to change to another room, they demanded more money even though the room size remained the same. Booked online, the staff arranged a room with a poor view, even though there were rooms with better views available. The bed smelled, the smell from the bathroom leaked out, booked 3 rooms but got 2, even with stickers. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling, had to request a room change, luckily this room did not cost extra. Probably won't come back.
