Exceptional kindness and excellent reception from the agent at the front desk. Exceptional organization of our bay cruise upon simple request at the front desk including round-trip taxi. Room 406 very spacious, very clean, and good bedding... Establishment to recommend...

- • The only downside is the purely Vietnamese breakfast and not international as mentioned on booking. Fried eggs, coffee... Otherwise, Vietnamese dishes based on soups, rice, noodles etc... This establishment would benefit from offering bread, butter, jam, and a toaster...

- • Staff arranged room with cigarette smell, requested change, opening the door would not get rid of it, even when opened, the smell did not disappear, requested to change to another room, then demanded more money even though the room size remained the same. Booked online, staff arranged room with poor view, even though there were still rooms with better views. Bed linen smells, smell from the bathroom comes out, rented 3 rooms, got 2, even with stickers. Room air conditioning not cool, had to request to change to another room, luckily this room did not cost extra. Probably won't come back.
