Perfect and pampering hotel for adults only. Clean and comfortable room, luxurious pools with all-inclusive service. Excellent location, close to the Fifth Avenue and kosher restaurants.

Everything excellent!
99% Everything, we celebrated my mom's birthday for 6 nights, we were all very happy and satisfied, the rooms were always clean and comfortable (our rooms were on the bridge facing the sea). The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Mrs. Danura, Sarinel, Santos, Omar, Ivan, and many others we can't remember right now. We loved the attention to detail for my mom's birthday. We will definitely return to this hotel. But next time we would like to go with several friends, of course, I am recommending it to everyone who asks me about our family vacation.

- • I imagine that since they just opened and the hotel is not fully booked, they should have a buffet for lunch, so there would be more variety for lunch and if we stay for 6 nights, it won't be boring to always have lunch at the Italian or ceviche restaurant. Things that can be improved.

My stay at Devossion was nothing short of amazing. What truly made this resort stand out was the staff. Every single employee I encountered went above and beyond and genuinely seemed happy to be there. Their level of service made me feel completely taken care of from start to finish. Even management checked on me several times throughout my stay to make sure everything was going well, which made the experience feel even more personal and thoughtful. I visited for my babymoon, and the staff acknowledged it throughout my entire stay. They even surprised me with thoughtful small gifts, which made the experience feel extra special. If you are celebrating a special occasion, this is absolutely the place to do it. The view from my room was breathtaking. I stayed in the Queen Premium Ocean View room, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The room was even bigger and nicer than the pictures online, which almost never happens. I also visited the spa three times, and every experience was incredible. The concierge team was equally impressive. I booked an excursion through the hotel, and they took a great deal of time explaining everything in detail and even called multiple companies to ensure they could properly accommodate me. The food was very good at every restaurant I tried. My favorite was Nami, the Asian restaurant. I am not usually a huge fan of Asian cuisine, but it was honestly some of the best I have had. The beds were also extremely comfortable, and housekeeping kept my room spotless the entire trip. Even if you were still in the room during cleaning time, they would happily return later. I have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, and this was by far one of the best, mainly because of the staff and how valued they made me feel throughout my stay. Overall, I would still give this resort a 10 out of 10 and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

- • The only downside, in my opinion, was the lack of activities and entertainment. There were only a few scheduled activities each day, and some did not end up happening. There were also no nightly shows like many resorts offer. Most evenings featured a DJ, and one night they had stand-up comedy.
Excellent hotel. Everything included at a high level, facilities, pools, beachfront, restaurants, cleanliness, and the kindness of all the staff, especially Marcell, Nelvia, Laura. Exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very comfortable, very nice architecturally, but very basic for the all-inclusive price.

- • There are no restaurants open for lunch, only for dinner from 5 pm by reservation, and they can't cope with the number of guests because reservations are not easily available, usually fully booked. Breakfast and the buffet during the day are very basic...
Birthday celebration
The attention from the moment I stepped into the hotel was incredible. When I received my room, there was a birthday detail from the hotel team. Everything, the attention, the respect, the à la carte food, the friendliness, the information, everything was spectacular.

- • We paid for an oceanfront room. The view was terrible as they planted giant plants along the roof blocking the ocean view
