Beautiful experience:
The hotel facilities are incredible, super modern. Its location is central, with direct access to the beach, steps from 5th avenue. The staff is very friendly and cares for the guests, maintaining constant contact via Whatsapp. The all-inclusive gastronomic offer, but à la carte, is excellent, especially the Japanese restaurant and the cevichería. We will definitely return.

- • As constructive criticism: improve the quality of the wines. The mattress in the room was too soft for my taste. We had a lot of seaweed, which is beyond the hotel's control. However, it is appreciated that they clean the beach daily and install nets to limit its passage.
Everything is excellent. The rooms, cleanliness, service, location, restaurants, the hotel's Starbucks, the pool, the beach (just a shame there are algae..)

Excellent place to rest.
Excellent hotel, all the workers make sure your stay is the best. The food and drinks are of the highest quality, the facilities are very good. Do not leave without trying the Japanese restaurant.

Incredible hotel for a dream stay in Playa del Carmen
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The staff are kind and attentive, the beds and rooms are super comfortable, the food is excellent (particularly the seafood restaurant for lunch and the breakfast), the pool area is amazing with views of the ocean, gym is well equipped and cool, there is direct access to the beach and location is perfect if you want to walk into town (2 mins from 5th avenue). Will definitely be coming back!

- • The lift to the 3rd floor didn't work which meant walking the whole way around the resort to get to breakfast, pool, beach and gym. Not a big deal but I'd recommend opening the stairs when the lift is out of access for greater convenience.
