The best stay we have had as a family.
Family oriented, very dedicated and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING!!! Room was very clean, great air conditioning was so good.

- • Upon arrival, I was given a room where the refrigerator was not working, the TV remote was also not working, the air conditioning could not be adjusted, and the room was very cold... but I went down to reception and they quickly resolved everything for me.
3rd Visit
This was the 3rd time we'd stayed at this hotel as we like the location and the pool/garden areas. My brand new swimwear was ruined by the chemicals in the spa on the second night, beware! Assumed it was a problem with the swimwear until the same thing happened with some different swimwear the following night. Reported it to Reception the next morning, as I didn't want anyone else's swimwear ruined. They kindly gave me room credit which covered the cost of the swimwear. I was advised that if I didn't use the credit whilst staying in the hotel it would be refunded to my card. I didn't dare use the spa again after that, so it kind of ruined our evening downtime a little. I subsequently discussed the refund with several different staff just prior to our check out and they were all telling me something different. Been back home for over a week, sent 2 emails with no response, but still no refund. They will no longer have my card details on file. What started out as great customer service has left me feeling disappointed as well as out of pocket. Housekeeping also accessed our room despite the do not disturb sign being on the door. Hotel itself is clean enough, although rooms are a little dated now. Beds were very comfortable, but the bathrooms are very small.

Everything was good and our stay was extremely exceptional
The property was pretty clean and everything was good but I think that it should explain on booking.com that you have to pay for parking every night that you are there
