Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Merida.
Very nice small hotel in the city center, which you can explore on foot. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can park on the neighboring property.

- • There was no electricity during the first night of our stay. The hotel does not have a backup power system. We were informed by reception and management that the hotel would cover the cost of that first night. However, when claiming through Booking, they did not take responsibility or accept the claim.

The place is beautiful, the building restoration is very nice. The room is a good size.

- • We ordered breakfast, had to return it once because they did not prepare what I ordered, the room cleaning - I understand that the sheets are not changed daily, but at least they had to make the bed, I found a disposable tissue that I left under my pillow the night before with the bed already made, and they did not mop the floor.
Lovely little hotel in the center of Merida. Great staff, pool, breakfast. Thanks to all.
