- • Unfortunately, their electricity was out, not their fault. We enjoyed the pool for a bit, then we were offered to cancel our reservation if we chose to. We did and were reimbursed. The pool patio needed to be swept, which we were surprised the staff didn't take care of it seeing how they were waiting for the power to come back on. We'd try this place again.

- • Not recommended at all, no parking on site, they give you a smart card to park in a parking lot next to the place and charge 100 pesos per day, the parking lot is in an unsafe area and we were afraid to leave the car there. Every time you need to ring a bell to enter the hotel, the person who met us had a disgusting attitude, not pleasant or friendly at all. The rooms have no windows at all, there is mold on the walls, and peeling paint. We were supposed to stay there for 2 nights and ended up staying one night because we felt like we were in a prison and not a hotel. Stay away.
Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Merida.
Very nice small hotel in the city center, which you can explore on foot. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can park on the neighboring property.
