- • Unfortunately, my family and I did not enjoy our stay. While the hotel appeared clean at first glance, the beds seemed to require more thorough cleaning. We felt itchy throughout the night, struggled to sleep comfortably, and were alarmed to find a large cockroach behind the bed headboard. Shortly after checking into our room, there was a power outage that left the room hot and uncomfortable. As a result, we spent much of our time away from the hotel, including trips to the mall, which is approximately a 20-minute tricycle ride away. The location was also less convenient than expected, being somewhat far from downtown, although it is within a 10-minute walk of the port. In addition, the soundproofing could be improved, as we could clearly hear water running and toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. We also noticed a large visible hole in the bathroom window curtain. Another inconvenience was that the hotel only accepts cash payments. Given its city location, accepting card payments would make transactions much more convenient for guests. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations. I hope management will address these issues, including cleanliness, maintenance, noise insulation, and payment options, to improve the guest experience for future visitors.

- • The host asked us if we wanted two twins or a double bed as we are a couple and we requested the double. But then he proceeded to give us the twin room hahahah not a big deal but just funny!
Very high water pressure and sometimes warm water No meals to report on. Television worked and lots of English speaking films. The AC split was good and quiet.

- • No drinking water available as I could tell. A reasonable amount tobacco smoke I had to tolerate right next-door. At first, there was the power outage in the region, but that was beyond their control.

Very nice location compared to the port of Tagbilaran and good value for what we expected - I recommend Crave Café Bohol for breakfast

- • Very noisy air conditioning and not very friendly staff
They overbooked and cancelled my reservation then didn't give any assistance

- • Property cancelled less than 24 hours before the stay due to their overbooking, and didn't help me find alternative lodging arrangements when they rejected me at their desk. Totally unprofessional. Do not go here unless you want to gamble your stay.
